4. Purchases and Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, including but not limited to Stripe and PayPal. We do not store complete payment card information.

5. Wholesale Terms (PopSugar Direct)

Wholesale buyers purchasing through PopSugar Direct agree that wholesale orders may be subject to minimum order quantities, production timelines, and limited-run availability.

Wholesale inventory may include handmade, upcycled, repurposed, or production-variable items. Variations may occur between runs and are not considered defects.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, wholesale orders are final sale.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment or, where applicable, before production begins.

Once an item has shipped or entered production, cancellation requests may be denied. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for fraud prevention, pricing errors, inventory unavailability, or suspected abuse of the platform.

7. Refund Policy

Retail returns and refunds are only available where expressly stated on the applicable product listing or policy page. Certain items may be final sale, including but not limited to:

• Vintage items
• Upcycled or repurposed items
• Custom-made items
• Wholesale orders

Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise determined by us.

8. Shipping

Orders may be fulfilled by PopSugar Rags or by independent marketplace vendors. Shipping times vary based on the nature of the product, availability, customization requirements, and shipping carrier performance.

We are not liable for carrier delays, customs delays, loss in transit after handoff to the shipping carrier, or inaccurate shipping information supplied by the customer.

9. Custom and Upcycled Products

Because many products offered through PopSugar Rags Marketplace are vintage, one-of-a-kind, reconstructed, or repurposed, natural wear, variation, irregularity, or design uniqueness may be part of the item’s intended character and value.
